Thomas' Breakfast Battle featured 50 food trucks from all around the country, and we were proud to be Indiana's sole representative in the competition. Our twist on an Indiana breaded pork tenderloin survived four out of five weeks of fan voting before being eliminated as one of the final five trucks.

Chef Dyke Michaels, Owner.
Chef Michaels has A Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Indianapolis. He has more than ten years management experience and has been working in the industry for twenty years. His food service background includes catering, kitchen management, menu development, managing employees, hospitality, event management, and customer service. Chef Michaels is an American Culinary Federation member and also holds both an Indiana State food serve safe certificate and Indiana liquor license.
Casey Alexander, Owner.
Casey Alexander has spent the last six years as a manager, server, and bartender at Indianapolis's fast-paced Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza in Irvington. He is responsible for creating and managing Jockamo's social media marketing, and used that experience to create his own marketing firm, Casey Alexander Marketing LLC, in 2013. Casey Alexander Marketing worked with nationally-licensed collegiate and women's apparel brands, Colosseum USA and Colosseum Brand, as well as local clients in a variety of industries. He is BEAST's Marketing and Public Relations Director.
