The Beginning
2021
The world was recovering from and most certainly not still struggling with a global pandemic (we beat it!). Tom Brady just won a Super Bowl at the age of 107. But it wasn’t all bad.
AMP Food Hall on the campus of 16 Tech was recommended by several friends, and we fell in love at first sight. Floor drains, dish sinks, and a new hood system? Say word?!
So we got together over a couple of beers. And then later over a couple of more beers. Then we put our hands in a circle Captain Planet style. With our powers combined… BEAST was re-born.
It had been five years since we last served burgers from our food truck, but it felt longer. We missed our staff, our customers, and most importantly the hard work.
There will be plenty of difficult days going forward, but we look forward to the challenge. And we look forward to serving you. Thank you for supporting and believing in us. We love ‘yal. - BEAST
